CRT Advocates and Friends,
Congress needs to hear from CRT advocates this week as they are planning action on certain bills before they adjourn for the holidays. We have an opportunity to get our Complex Rehab Wheelchair Bill included in larger year-end legislation, but that won't happen without your help.
CRT legislation (H.R. 2293 / S. 1223) must be passed to protect access to the Complex Rehab Wheelchairs and critical components that people with disabilities depend on to address their medical needs, reduce their health care costs, and maximize their function and independence.
We've been communicating with our Congressional champions who are working behind the scenes on our behalf. But we need your help to elevate the collective "CRT voice" this week to ask that our Complex Rehab Wheelchair Bill be included in any larger bills being passed before year-end.
ACTION NEEDED: We're asking you to take 3 minutes to deliver the CRT legislation message to Congress by going to www.protectmymobility.org and using the links to contact your Members and ask them to push for inclusion and year-end passage of this important bill. The emails and talking points have been drafted for you, all you need to do is enter your information and click "submit".
