January 16, 2019

Registration is now open for the 2019 National CRT Leadership and Advocacy Conference, the annual partnership of the National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology (NCART) and the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS). The Conference will be held May 1-2 at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, VA.

This year's program will offer attendees two important benefits. Presentations will provide timely updates on healthcare trends and also cover CRT policies and access at the Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care levels. Additionally, attendees will get to meet with their Congressional offices and bring the constituent voice to push for permanent solutions to protect access to CRT.

Wednesday May 1 - "Leadership Day"-  Attendees will receive information on pressing trends and topics in the CRT industry, particularly funding issues. They'll also get step-by-step instructions to maximize the effectiveness of conversations with Congress. To close the day, a "CRT United" reception will be open to all attendees for networking and fun.

Thursday May 2 - "Advocacy Day"- Individual meetings with Congress will be scheduled for attendees by the conference team. The day will be spent educating Members and staff about CRT and getting their legislative support to fix barriers compromising access.

A debriefing reception will follow back at the hotel.

We made great strides at the federal level last year, but Congress is a very busy place and we must continue to come together on Capitol Hill to build on that momentum. Visit www.ncart.us/crtconf today to register and save your spot for this event!
